Sports Day Activities

High School Sports Day, March 24, dawned sunny and hot. Parent races, teacher races, dance contests and novelty races accompanied the standard sprints, distance events , relays and medleys. The tug of war was a work of art! Sinai (Blue House), showed great heart and staged a strong come-back. Maccabee (Green House) and Massada (Red House) showed great energy and were nearly tied with the winner, but Carmel (Yellow House) won the day by a margin of only 5 points. The day was guided ably by a rockin' Mr Holmes and the ever gracious Mrs. Ffolkes. Congratulations to all competitors, and spectators, including Grade 6, for a rollicking day. This was the perfect initiation of our new fields.
