Placed Third in the Jamaica Library Service Essay Contest

The Jamaica Library Service sets an annual essay contest. This year the topic was:" Assess the impact of the global economic crisis on Jamaica, and state what effect it has on your life." Grade 10 student Mike Hylton came in third place nationally. Honorable mention prizes went to Matthew McCreath and Andrew-David Gunter, also of Grade 10. Congratulations to the students and their teacher, Mrs. Salmon!!
