Professional Development Day

Mr. Jim Kearns, an expert in the use of technology for the classroom, came to offer training sessions to High School teachers in Hillel's math, science and geography departments August 26 and 27. He focused on the use of new Texas Instruments teaching tools. Staff came in during their vacation to learn about the new aspects available to them in statistics, graphing, formula work and advanced math applications. Mr. Kearns also brought some gift calculators and books for the School. This is his second visit to Hillel; he began training Hillel teachers in technology last spring. He is a long-time supporter of Mustard Seed here in Kingston. Thank you Jim!!
